The New Life NPO Service Pool

A practical matching point where verified needs may be connected with donated time, professional skills, equipment or services.

What the Service Pool is for

Many NPOs do not only need money. They need a website repaired, documents organised, computers configured, volunteers trained, a policy reviewed, transport arranged or another practical obstacle removed.

New Life aims to receive the request, understand the need, verify the organisation where possible and identify whether a volunteer, business or service provider can contribute within clear limits.

For NPOs and community projects

Request practical assistance

Provide the organisation name, registration status if applicable, contact person, location, people affected, the exact service required and the required timeframe.

How a request should move

  1. Describe the need. The request must be specific enough to understand the practical problem.
  2. Check the legitimacy. New Life may request supporting details before circulating the need.
  3. Find a suitable offer. A volunteer or service provider chooses whether the request fits their ability and limits.
  4. Agree the scope. Responsibilities, timing, costs and exclusions must be clear before work starts.
  5. Record the outcome. The service and its impact should be documented without exposing private information.
